Brand new 380 square metre architect designed house, in which we worked alongside the owner, who wanted to project manage the build of his own home.

New Garage designed to match seamlessly with a historic home. We finished on time and on budget even though the council imposed heavy environmental and historic consents which we handled with ease.

New bifold windows to be installed into the front of Le plonk wine bar.
We custom designed and constructed a bar leaner attached so that any support struts where hidden.
Both windows were placed into position in one night, cleaned, painted and ready for the christchurch races the next day.

Extension to Merivale villa, creating a new living space. All the work was done while owners were still using the existing living area so a new external shell was created and the existing wall removed at the end of the build.

New kitchen fitted and wall removed to bring a classic home inline with modern living without losing any of it's charm.

An open plan kitchen made out of three seprate rooms all with different height ceilings and floors.
